By accessing any part of the Advanced Litho Printing website, you agree to and are bound by the following terms and conditions:
By accessing Advanced Litho Printing’s website, you are representing that you have full right to use the photos, graphics, copy, and design in your files without infringing any property rights of third parties. You also acknowledge that subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, so absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further promise that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing your project for reproduction. You agree to indemnify and hold Advanced Litho Printing and our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, business partners or employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, or transmit through our website.
No information we collect for order processing or any other inquiries is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary, to provide order updates or special offers. Credit Card information is only used to bill you for the products and services you have ordered. Your order is submitted and retrieved over a secure connection to our in-house server and remains secure at all times.
A pdf proof will be e-mailed to you at no charge. However, we cannot guarantee a color match to the pdf proof you see on your monitor or print on your printer. This is due to variations in individual monitor calibration, ink, media and/or mechanical characteristics of desktop printers, lighting conditions and environmental variations from print industry standards. We will, at your request, submit a hard copy proof for an additional cost. We will guarantee color match to the hard copy proof.
We won't make you read several paragraphs of fine print about our guarantee. The fact is, it's in your best interest, and ours, to have your print jobs turn out right the first time. At Advanced Litho, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the problem. You have the option to ask for a refund, reprint or credit due to errors in the printing process, and we will promptly correct the problem to your satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with our printing, and we keep our clients coming back through service and integrity.
Our guarantee does not apply to customer errors in supplied files, including but not limited to low resolution photos and graphics, missing fonts, incorrect file format or page layout, or non-compliance with postal regulations/restrictions. Please check your proof carefully; printing trade customs relieves us of responsibility if the job is printed per customer’s approval. There will be no additional charges made if errors were made by us in generating your proof.
If corrections are needed, your options are:
To submit a new file, or
Have our prepress make minor corrections to your manipulatable files.
Our prepress costs are $50 per hour with a one hour minimum.
***Additional proofing charges will be incurred for either option.
PAYMENT / TIME FRAME
We will charge your credit card for requested hard copy proofs when we receive your order. You can cancel your order anytime prior to proof approval; if a pdf proof was requested, there will be no charge made. If a hard copy proof was provided, your credit card will be charged for those proofs. Once you approve your proof (pdf proof or hard copy proof), your credit card will be charged the balance due. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
Turnaround time will begin when you receive your email from Advanced Litho Printing containing a confirmation verifying that we have received your order, files and credit card information. Turnaround time will be adjusted if, after file review, we discover items are missing or the files do not meet our file requirements. Your turnaround time will restart once we receive completed files. Turnaround time is based on “business working days”; weekends and holidays are not included, so please plan accordingly. Your expected delivery date may be adjusted due to unforeseen delays, such as equipment failure, illness or other unavoidable issues. We will inform you immediately if such a delay results in a delay of your project.
