Upon submission of your quote, an account representative will contact you and go over any questions or concerns that you might have. Your credit card information will be obtained at that time. We will charge your credit card for requested hard copy proofs when we receive your order. You can cancel your order anytime prior to proof approval; if a pdf proof was requested, there will be no charge made. If a hard copy proof was provided, your credit card will be charged for those proofs.
